digipop Creators Terms.
Version 2026-08
These are the terms for the digipop creator program. The program is run by digipop. By applying, accepting product, uploading clips or redeeming credit, you agree to them. Read them. They are short.
01 / Eligibility
Who can join.
- You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18 your application is denied and any account tied to you is removed.
- You must own or control the social accounts you list. Bought followers, bought engagement or accounts you do not run are grounds for removal at any time.
- The program is open worldwide. Shipping and store credit may be limited by country. Store credit works wherever digipopcam.com sells.
- We can accept or decline any application for any reason, and we do not have to explain why.
02 / Two tracks
How you get in.
Owns a digipop
You already own digipop product and can shoot with it. Applications on this track are approved automatically and you get your portal link by email right away. Your clock starts the day you are approved.
Needs a camera
You do not own digipop product yet. We may send you a kit to shoot with. Approval is by hand and is not guaranteed. Your clock starts the day your package is marked delivered.
Approval is not a promise of any specific product. What ships depends on fit, stock and what we need shot.
03 / Product and kits
What we send you.
- Product we ship is yours to keep once you finish your prove-out (Section 06).
- Before a kit ships you sign a short kit agreement in your portal. It says one thing: if you ghost, meaning you deliver no passing edits by your final deadline and you do not reply to our reminders, we may charge you the market value of the kit as stated in that agreement. Deliver the edits and it never applies.
- If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we will sort it out.
- Duties, taxes and customs fees on international shipments are yours.
- You may not resell product we send you while your prove-out is open.
04 / Your content
The licence you give us.
When you upload a clip, raw or edited, you grant digipop a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it. That means:
- We can use the clip as is, cut down, remixed or combined with other footage.
- We can use it on any channel we own or pay for: our website, email, social accounts, paid ads, marketplaces and retail screens.
- The licence covers your face, voice, name, handle and likeness as they appear in the clip.
- You keep the copyright. The licence does not transfer ownership. You can keep posting your own clips.
- We credit your handle where it is practical. Credit is not guaranteed in paid ads.
- We do not share your raw files outside digipop and the people who run this program for us.
You confirm the clip is your own work, that anyone who appears in it agreed to appear, and that you have the right to use any music or audio in it for advertising. If a clip uses a track we cannot license, we may ask you for a version without it.
Each upload records the rights text version you accepted. This is version 2026-08.
05 / Disclosure and the call-out
Two rules for every clip.
- Disclose. When you post, disclose the relationship the way your country requires. In the US that is the FTC, in the UK the ASA. #ad, #gifted or the platform's paid partnership tag all work.
- Say the name and where to get it. Every clip must say the product name and where to buy it, out loud. Say "digipop" and "digipopcam.com". Clips that skip this do not pass, whatever else they get right.
Do not post a clip until we approve it. Once approved, post it where we agreed and tag @digipopcam.
06 / Grading and prove-out
How you stay in.
A person on our team grades every edited clip from 1 to 10 on the rubric shown on our site. 6 or higher passes. Anything below 6 does not count and should be replaced.
Prove-out is the first stretch of the program. The targets depend on your track:
- Owns a digipop: raw clips within 7 days, 3 passing edits by day 14. Counted from the day you are approved.
- Needs a camera: raw clips within 7 days, 3 passing edits by day 14, 6 by day 28. Counted from the day your package is marked delivered.
Miss the targets and we may end the relationship. On the needs a camera track the kit agreement then applies.
Grades are final. We fix obvious mistakes when you point them out. Which clips we run as ads is our call.
07 / Points and store credit
How you get paid.
We pay in points. Points turn into digipopcam.com store credit.
- Every passing edit earns points by grade: 6/10 earns 10, 7/10 earns 15, 8/10 earns 20, 9/10 earns 30, 10/10 earns 40.
- An edit that passes before its deadline earns 10 bonus points.
- A clip we use in our ads or on our channels earns 25 bonus points.
- Finishing your prove-out earns 50 bonus points.
- One point is worth $1 of store credit. Points have no cash value on their own.
- Credit is issued monthly as a digipopcam.com gift card, by a person on our team, once your unredeemed balance is at least 50 points. Smaller balances roll over to the next cycle.
- Gift cards follow the store's own gift card terms. No cash out, no transfer, no refund.
- Points earned through fraud, duplicate uploads, stolen content or self-dealing are cancelled.
- Any tax on credit you receive is your responsibility where it applies.
08 / Conduct
How you show up.
While you are in the program you agree not to:
- Post anything hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or illegal, or anything that puts a minor in frame without a parent's written consent.
- Trash competitors by name in a clip that also features digipop product.
- Share confidential things we tell you: unreleased product, drop dates, pricing, internal rates.
- Present yourself as a digipop employee or spokesperson. You are an independent creator.
Breaking these rules can mean immediate removal, loss of unredeemed points and, on the kit track, the kit agreement applying.
09 / Your data
What we collect and why.
Your application gives us your name, email, phone, social handles and pitch. If you want product shipped, it also gives us your shipping address and sizing. The portal stores your clips, grades, points and post links, plus a hashed IP address and browser type when you apply or sign an agreement.
We use it to review applications, ship product, grade clips, issue credit, send reminders and run the program. We do not sell it. We share it only with the tools we need to run the program: email delivery, hosting and our store when we issue a gift card.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@digipopcam.com. If you have open credit or a signed kit agreement we keep the minimum needed to close those out. The full policy is at /privacy.
10 / Ending things
Leaving the program.
Either side can end this at any time, for any reason, by email. When it ends:
- Your portal access stops.
- Points at or above the minimum on that day are issued on the next cycle. Smaller balances lapse.
- The content licence in Section 04 survives. Clips you already uploaded stay licensed under the same terms.
- A signed kit agreement survives for edits that were due and not delivered.
11 / Changes
Updates to these terms.
We may update these terms as the program evolves. If we change something that matters, such as points, credit or content rights, we email you at the address on file. Staying in the program after a change means you accept it. The version number at the top tells you which text applies.
12 / Liability and law
The fine print.
The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, digipop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your participation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that place.
